This is Spectrum.
Spectrum is a fully gaffed multi-phase color-changing deck that not only makes these incredible visuals possible, but it also makes the effects simple to perform. Your audience members see a blue deck and think of any one of the cards. After mixing the cards face up into face down you find the card they are thinking of, only to surprise them by showing that the deck has sorted itself so the cards all face the same direction. In a one-two punch you then reveal that the card they thought of is the only red card in the deck and then immediately transform the deck from red to blue. Workers will love that you can fully spread the red deck on the table to show each and every card has changed color.
